Brink's offers a wide range of intervention possibilities for ATM machines
- ATM Replenishment
- Financial management (monitoring of cash stock and orders for funds, accounting settlements, recuperation of cards withheld, etc.)
- Technical maintenance (upkeep of the interior of the machine ? replacement of parts and intervention in the event of breakdown).

More detailed technical interventions are carried out in partnership with the building and maintenance companies (software is updated, faulty units are replaced and spare parts are managed).

Diebold and Brink's have joined together to create "Intégrale" a service which allows co-ordinated interventions to banks so that faulty ATMs can be put back into working order in the shortest possible time.

In the event of breakdown, so as to make sure that the machines are back in action as quickly as possible, Brink's has developed a computer alert system which means that technicians can intervene in the shortest possible time spans.

So thanks to the reactivity of the Brink's technicians intervention in the case of breakdown, the machines are back in service more quickly.
